Overview

  • Drive the successful execution of construction projects, focusing on tenant improvements and building renewal initiatives.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation for transparency and accountability.
  • Implement safety protocols and compliance measures to uphold workplace standards.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
