Overview
- Support the institutional equity business by organizing and executing corporate access events, including roadshows, conferences, and field trips.
- Coordinate with sales teams, analysts, and corporate representatives to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
- Manage event logistics, including travel arrangements, materials preparation, and scheduling for optimal efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates and analysts to enhance collaboration and event success.
- Handle corporate invitations and analyst participation for flagship conferences and marketing roadshows.
- Prepare regular management reports and participate in meetings to provide updates and insights.
- Assist with travel expense submissions for sales and sales trading teams, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Maintain high attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate analyst and corporate roadshows, expert meetings, and forums with precision and efficiency.
- Plan group tours and access days pipeline in collaboration with sales and research teams.
- Manage event activities, including travel bookings, diary arrangements, and equipment preparation.
- Liaise with corporates, sales teams, and investors to fulfill bespoke requests and ensure client satisfaction.
- Validate invoices and maintain accurate records in management information systems.
- Develop relationships with companies for corporate pitching and collaborate with research teams.
- Handle analyst invitations to calls and marketing roadshows to ensure effective participation.
- Assist with travel expense submissions and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations or corporate management.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Experience working with buy/sell-side or listed company investor relations preferred.
