Overview

  • Lead large-scale construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align goals and achieve project objectives effectively.
  • Oversee on-site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance adherence to ensure seamless progression.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering professional growth and enhancing team capabilities for future projects.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, proactively mitigating risks and addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols to uphold workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction project management or related roles.

  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards within the construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents accurately.
