Overview

  • Lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget constraints throughout all phases.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards consistently.
  • Monitor project progress, providing detailed updates to senior management and clients regularly.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily construction operations, optimizing resource utilization and team performance effectively.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills for effective team and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient operations.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments effectively.
  • Educational background in construction management or related field preferred.
