Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Conduct detailed requirements analysis to design effective Workday solutions.
- Provide advanced production support, addressing complex system errors and user concerns.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Workday reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
- Document configuration changes and manage them through structured change management processes.
- Monitor and audit Workday data to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Evaluate and deploy new Workday features, aligning them with organizational objectives.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Workday functionalities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and support.
- Proficiency in core Workday modules such as HCM, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred Workday Pro certification in relevant functional areas.
- Experience with Workday integration technologies and troubleshooting.
