Job Description

Overview

  • Act as the primary Workday specialist, ensuring optimal system performance and functionality for organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to design and implement scalable Workday solutions.
  • Lead the development, testing, and deployment of Workday modules and features.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for system issues and user queries.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance through proactive monitoring and audits.
  • Evaluate and implement new Workday functionalities to enhance system capabilities.
  • Create and deliver training materials to empower end-users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Configure and optimize Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management.
  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis to design effective Workday solutions.
  • Provide advanced production support, addressing complex system errors and user concerns.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Workday reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Document configuration changes and manage them through structured change management processes.
  • Monitor and audit Workday data to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Evaluate and deploy new Workday features, aligning them with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Workday functionalities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and support.
  • Proficiency in core Workday modules such as HCM, Benefits, and Compensation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred Workday Pro certification in relevant functional areas.
  • Experience with Workday integration technologies and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
