Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic expense management plans to optimize financial performance and accountability.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports, providing insights to drive organizational decisions and improvements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy and headcount governance through advanced analytical techniques and tools.
  • Automate manual processes and implement innovative solutions to streamline financial operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, with 12 years preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau, Python, and SQL is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and quantitative modeling skills are essential.
  • Proven expertise in expense management, financial analysis, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement transformation initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
