Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver specialized care to neonates in the NICU, ensuring high standards of patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor neonatal conditions, implementing evidence-based interventions and treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and execute individualized care plans for neonates.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.
- Active RN licensure and certifications in BLS, NRP, and STABLE within six months of hire.
- Preferred one year of experience in Women and Infants nursing or completion of a fellowship program.
- Strong knowledge of neonatal care practices and NICU protocols is essential.
- Ability to work night shifts, including three 12-hour shifts per week, is required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and certification maintenance.
