Overview

  • Support diverse projects in a contract role, contributing to organizational goals and operational success.
  • Assist in planning, budgeting, and implementing projects to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with teams to develop project plans and align them with operational needs.
  • Assist in defining project scopes, design solutions, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to review schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address variances in schedule and budget.
  • Support procurement processes, including bid evaluations and contract awards.
  • Participate in developing scopes of work, cost estimates, and project schedules.
  • Compile research findings into reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Facilities Management required.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and project scheduling software.
  • Understanding of construction processes, building systems, and design practices.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred.
  • Experience in historical building renovation or preservation is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
