Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Execute debt and tax equity financings, managing financial models and deliverables.
• Coordinate with investors, legal advisors, and consultants to achieve financial close.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project finance or investment banking.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and familiarity with debt structures.
• Experience in renewable energy considered an asset.
• Professional designation (e.g., CFA or CPA) considered an asset.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
