Overview

  • Manage and grow strategic client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through tailored solutions and advisory-level partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client objectives with innovative solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Shape and close new client accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing strategic client accounts; 9 years preferred.
  • Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar portfolios in consulting or professional services.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills and executive presence.
  • Ability to propose and deliver custom software engineering and innovative services.
  • Experience working in remote environments with strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve risks proactively.
