Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on budgets and scopes.
  • Prepare detailed financial documentation and cost reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and update cost estimates as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in cost estimation preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools relevant to construction projects.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret project specifications and financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site in dynamic and fast-paced project environments.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in cost estimation processes.
