Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts and reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering $30M+ construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient planning and execution.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainable practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with flexibility and adaptability.
