Overview

  • Lead and oversee the operations of a dynamic hemodialysis unit, ensuring exceptional patient care and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize workflows and uphold healthcare standards.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance professional growth and competency.
  • Monitor staffing levels and adjust based on patient census and acuity for effective care delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
