Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the hemodialysis unit, ensuring patient safety and care quality.
• Coordinate staff schedules, monitor overtime, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Facilitate orientation and training for new staff, aligning with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with educational departments to plan and execute staff development programs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; advanced certifications preferred.
• Active Nurse licensure under state regulations with managerial experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a nursing role with leadership responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of hemodialysis procedures and patient care protocols.
• Proven ability to manage teams and operational budgets effectively.
