Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients in critical care settings.
  • Manage patient care throughout the disease process, adhering to established healthcare standards.
  • Provide in-hospital follow-up care to ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and deliver exceptional care.
  • Educate patients and their families about care plans, procedures, and recovery expectations.
  • Participate in credentialing processes and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing with AGACNP certification is required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of RN or NP experience in critical care settings.
  • Experience managing heart failure patient populations is preferred.
  • Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays as required.
  • Strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care and achieving clinical excellence.
  • Willingness to train and operate advanced medical devices effectively.
