Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead execution of debt and tax equity financings, managing deliverables and ensuring financial close.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project finance or investment banking; 8 years preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and familiarity with tax equity and debt structures.
- Experience in renewable energy and existing relationships with financial institutions are advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
