Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and impactful campaign execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in paid social media marketing, preferably in retail or agency settings.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, product catalog management, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in MMM, brand lift studies, and test/control experiments.
  • Familiarity with MarTech tools for campaign automation and optimization is preferred.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and optimizing advertising spend.
  • Relevant certifications from platforms like Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads/Analytics are advantageous.
