Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables effectively.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and contractual obligations throughout project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and management regularly.
