- Promote adherence to organizational policies and quality standards throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop detailed project scopes, cost estimates, and schedules for infrastructure initiatives.
- Coordinate master schedules to align construction timelines with organizational priorities.
- Oversee contractors and consultants to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to address challenges and optimize solutions.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality rules and organizational policies in all activities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of construction processes, building systems, and design principles.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience with financial management applications and historical building projects preferred.
