Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate on impactful infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, and execution phases to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline project processes and maintain quality standards.
  • Contribute to procurement activities, including RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges proactively to ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to review deliverables and ensure compliance.
  • Compile and present research findings to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Promote adherence to organizational policies and quality standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed project scopes, cost estimates, and schedules for infrastructure initiatives.
  • Coordinate master schedules to align construction timelines with organizational priorities.
  • Oversee contractors and consultants to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to address challenges and optimize solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality rules and organizational policies in all activities.
  • Support special projects and additional responsibilities as required by organizational needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of construction processes, building systems, and design principles.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with financial management applications and historical building projects preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and diverse work environment.
