Job Description

Overview

  • Lead strategic financial planning and analysis to support organizational growth and innovation.
  • Develop and implement key metrics to drive financial insights and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Oversee consolidated reporting and analysis for monthly and quarterly accounting processes.
  • Enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy through automation and process improvements.
  • Provide financial leadership to identify risks and opportunities across business units.
  • Participate in special projects to support organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly close, forecasting submissions, and budgeting processes.
  • Analyze profitability, sales growth, headcount, and expenses to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with strategic goals.
  • Manage the annual budget submission process, ensuring accuracy and thorough analyses.
  • Streamline forecasting processes and create unified reporting structures.
  • Work closely with accounting teams during financial close to ensure data integrity.
  • Continuously assess and improve financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems, with experience in Hyperion preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and resolve complex issues collaboratively.
  • Experience in project management and budget oversight.
  • Commitment to maintaining financial accuracy and data integrity.
