Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols.
• Prepare and present detailed project updates to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and addressing concerns.
• Implement Job Order Contracting (JOC) methodologies to optimize project efficiency and outcomes.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards at all stages.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Commercial and K-12 projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
• Proficient in project management software and tools for efficient planning.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
• Availability for on-site work and flexibility to address dynamic project needs.
