Overview

  • Lead diverse construction projects, focusing on Commercial and K-12 sectors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage resources, schedules, and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Commercial and K-12 projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
