Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with 5 years preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or emergency department setting.
- Strong knowledge of emergency department operations and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
