Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage client relationships, including project scope negotiation, production quality assurance, and fee management.
  • Supervise the preparation of architectural drawings across all phases of project development.
  • Ensure adherence to design guidelines, quality control standards, and project specifications.
  • Guide the design vision and lead efforts throughout various stages of project execution.
  • Mentor and train junior and intermediate staff, fostering their professional development and growth.
  • Participate in recruiting and performance management activities to build a strong team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to ensure project success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent professional degree is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience, with a preference for 10 years in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural design software tools.
  • Experience in healthcare and educational facility design is highly preferred.
  • Architectural registration is required; LEED Accreditation is considered a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team collaboration and client engagement.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring quality and timely delivery of outcomes.
