Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing commercial projects with budgets between $2M and $20M.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects in the Greater Nashville area.
