Overview

  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize project efficiency and outcomes.
  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project momentum.
  • Implement proactive risk management strategies to address potential challenges effectively.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues proactively to ensure success.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively under dynamic conditions.
  • Experience with ground-up manufacturing projects is highly desirable.
