Construction Project Manager

Overview

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize project efficiency and outcomes.
• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project momentum.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues proactively to ensure success.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to maintain transparency.
• Ensure adherence to construction codes, regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate team meetings, providing guidance and support to project staff.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports and financial summaries.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 7 years preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively under dynamic conditions.
• Experience with ground-up manufacturing projects is highly desirable.
• Commitment to on-site work in Atlanta, ensuring hands-on project oversight.
