Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate and supervise all phases of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure podium-style construction meets quality standards and client expectations.

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management or a related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in multifamily construction, with podium-style expertise preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills in construction environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex challenges effectively.
