- Develop and manage vendor relationships, optimizing IT services and technologies.
- Support budget planning and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and mentor IT teams, promoting a culture of ownership, innovation, and service excellence.
- Ensure infrastructure uptime, scalability, and reliability across facilities and cloud environments.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity tools, protocols, and practices.
- Manage IT service desk operations, monitoring performance metrics and driving improvements.
- Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate purchasing, licensing, and vendor evaluations for IT services and technologies.
- Maintain compliance with IT governance, change management procedures, and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure platforms, cybersecurity practices, and ITSM tools.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft Azure Administrator.
- Experience with ERP systems and security frameworks is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple workstreams effectively.
- Background in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
