Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintain accurate financial records for managed funds and accounts.
  • Prepare detailed financial statements and investment portfolio reports.
  • Coordinate investor communications and distribution payment processes.
  • Perform reconciliations of portfolio management systems and financial data.
  • Assist with annual audits ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with tax advisors for tax return preparation and coordination.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience, ideally in financial services or asset management.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliation, and accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
