Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer prescribed treatments and medications, adhering to medical orders and established protocols.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and manage medical records to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Perform general nursing duties, including phlebotomy and specimen preparation for laboratory analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State is required.
  • Current CPR certification is mandatory for this role.
  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in nursing is essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in patient care documentation and healthcare data management systems.
