Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform thorough physical examinations and evaluate patient conditions comprehensively.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform clinical decisions effectively.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Document patient interactions meticulously to ensure continuity of care.
  • Communicate with physicians regarding complex cases or unexpected developments.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid certification requirements and healthcare policies.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with Medicaid certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Creole language is highly desirable.
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills with a patient-centered approach.
  • Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
  • Commitment to professional development and adherence to healthcare standards.
