Overview

  • Manage strategic projects to enhance private wealth client digital platforms and experiences, ensuring seamless integration and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify opportunities for enhancing client-facing online platforms and implement impactful solutions to improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with fintech partners and internal teams to define requirements and deliver new features effectively.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance testing on platform updates and document processes comprehensively.
  • Support private wealth teams by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing training on new tools.
  • Draft and distribute external client communications, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and organizational goals.
  • Evaluate communication workflows and recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze client reporting requirements and drive the development of advanced reporting solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Present system enhancements and communication strategies to stakeholders, fostering collaboration and buy-in.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, technology, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial services, focusing on wealth management or digital platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with client-facing online platforms and digital tools is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards within the financial services industry is essential.
