Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and achieve objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the luxury residential sector.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software and project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience for enhanced expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and maintaining strong client relationships.
