Overview

  • Contribute as an Internal Wholesaler in a dynamic financial services firm, focusing on investment product sales and client relationship management.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors to develop and implement strategic business plans tailored to organizational goals.
  • Utilize advanced consultative sales techniques to influence financial advisor decisions and drive portfolio growth.
  • Engage proactively with assigned territories to identify opportunities and foster meaningful client relationships.
  • Become a subject matter expert on investment products, effectively communicating their benefits and features to clients.
  • Leverage CRM systems for research, activity tracking, and competitive market analysis to optimize sales strategies.
  • Participate in industry conferences and occasional travel to enhance professional knowledge and networking.
  • Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to achieve sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors through effective consultative sales strategies.
  • Partner with Regional Directors to manage territories and achieve sales targets efficiently.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospect new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, converting them into actionable sales opportunities.
  • Communicate investment philosophies and product details effectively to clients, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Utilize CRM systems for tracking activities and analyzing competitive market trends to inform strategies.
  • Manage workload efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring high productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales and client service objectives consistently.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, demonstrating foundational knowledge for the role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a preference for 3 years.
  • Mandatory Series 7 and 63 and/or 66 certifications to ensure compliance and expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems like Salesforce for effective task management.
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills to drive client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and impactful interactions.
