Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage and supervise nursing services within the Cardiac Cath Lab department, ensuring high-quality care delivery and operational success.
• Implement programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of nursing care protocols and practices.
• Monitor patient outcomes and ensure adherence to established healthcare standards and regulations.
• Identify and address staff training needs, promoting professional development and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with medical staff and administrators to optimize care strategies and departmental operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in cardiology or related field.
• At least 2 years of healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• Active RN License in the state of employment or compact state required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills essential.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes.
• Proficiency in healthcare regulations and standards compliance.
