Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Establish and maintain relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, and broker-dealers to expand market reach.
- Conduct in-person meetings and deliver compelling presentations to promote financial products effectively.
- Organize advisor events and training sessions to drive engagement and deepen product knowledge.
- Execute strategic business plans tailored to the unique needs of each territory.
- Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize impact and alignment of initiatives.
- Maintain detailed CRM records to track activities, pipeline progress, and competitive trends.
- Travel extensively within the territory to build advisor relationships and achieve sales goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, demonstrating strong academic preparation for the role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or wholesaling; 10 years preferred.
- FINRA Series 7 & 63/65 (or 66) certifications required, depending on product line.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills essential for success.
- Proven ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency with CRM systems for maintaining activity logs and pipeline updates.
- In-depth knowledge of ETF and mutual fund products and their market positioning.
