Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Associate degree in construction management or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction; 15 years preferred.
• Proven track record in managing multifamily construction projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for team management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in project management software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
