Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects progress efficiently and meet timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to align designs with project goals.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction; 15 years preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for team management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
