Overview

• Drive the construction of advanced data centers, ensuring industry-leading quality and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables aligned with strategic objectives.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for large-scale construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of data center construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
• Supervise construction teams, providing guidance and resolving issues to maintain productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate technical requirements into construction plans.
• Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules to address unforeseen challenges.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the construction team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 25 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale, mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work on-site and travel as required for project needs.
