Overview

  • Provide dedicated executive-level support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and optimize senior leadership's calendar to ensure effective time management and prioritization of tasks.

  • Prepare thorough agendas, briefing materials, and reports for executive meetings and events.
  • Draft and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and documents with precision and clarity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent educational background is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an executive assistant, with 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and executive communications.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence and presentations.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools for document preparation and scheduling.
