Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and analyze data to support investment decision-making and portfolio management strategies effectively.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality from internal and external sources for reliable reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain and enhance risk ratings, portfolio monitoring, and deal tracking processes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop and refine templates for reviewing financial and qualitative data, ensuring clarity and usability.
  • Support technology initiatives aimed at improving analytical and reporting capabilities across the organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement workflow improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Document and share data insights with relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Contribute to strategic projects focused on driving innovation and operational excellence within the investment portfolio.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field is required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in investment-related roles or similar fields is essential.
  • Proficiency in data management, SQL, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Bloomberg systems are advantageous.
  • Interest in pursuing CFA designation is highly desirable and encouraged.
  • Experience with platforms like Allvue and DealCloud is considered beneficial.
