Overview
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all phases of project execution.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to pre-construction planning, execution, and project close-out activities.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement solutions to maintain efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and coordinate MEP components from project inception to completion.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate implementation of MEP systems.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and management.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of MEP coordination experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills for team and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
