Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical projects using industry-standard methodologies and software tools.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of project documents and perform independent project walkthroughs to gather necessary information.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure precise estimations and alignment with project requirements.
• Perform takeoffs and cost analyses for projects of varying scales and complexities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Leverage expertise in AccuBid software to enhance estimation processes and project outcomes.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize project cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and client specifications in all estimation activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating, with 8 years preferred.
• Proficiency in AccuBid software for estimation tasks is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to independently perform takeoffs and estimate projects of varying sizes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and project stakeholders.
• Experience conducting project walkthroughs with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in electrical estimating.
