Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and oversee tax filings for individual and business clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on tax planning, strategies, and staying updated with regulatory changes.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and high-quality output.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • CPA certification is preferred for enhanced qualifications and career progression.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant tax experience; 8 years preferred for senior roles.
  • Proficiency in individual and business tax matters and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and review work, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience in staff supervision and mentoring to promote team growth and efficiency.
