Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer and maintain CRM systems, including configuration, user setup, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement scalable CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Develop and deploy system enhancements such as workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Support integrations between CRM, ERP, and sales automation tools for seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
- Oversee data synchronization and maintain clean, accurate datasets across systems.
- Coordinate software updates and manage testing and deployment processes effectively.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of CRM administration experience, with 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM administration and customization, including Pivotal SFA and related platforms.
- Experience with system integrations using tools like MuleSoft and similar technologies.
- Strong skills in SQL and JavaScript for data management and system customization.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and other modern CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications are preferred.
