Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily operations of cardiovascular and Cath Lab nursing services.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure high-quality patient care standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize cardiovascular treatment protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate departmental performance metrics and outcomes.
• Lead initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care delivery efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiovascular nursing leadership.
• 5 years of experience in nursing management preferred.
• Proven expertise in Cath Lab operations and vascular services management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
