Overview
- Support the Human Resources team by maintaining and optimizing HRIS systems for efficient operations and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure accurate data management, generate insightful reports, and improve system functionality to enhance organizational processes.
- Collaborate with HR personnel to address system needs and provide user support for HRIS tools and applications.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Participate in training and development initiatives related to HR policies, compliance, and data privacy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of dashboards and visualizations for HR data analysis.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform data entry, staffing transaction processing, and onboarding support to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures for data integrity.
- Provide user support, documentation, and training for HRIS systems and data visualization tools.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combined education and experience totaling 6+ years.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or data analytics, with a preference for 3+ years.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, or BambooHR.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and basic statistics for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with HR teams and stakeholders.
