Job Description

Overview

  • Support the Human Resources team by maintaining and optimizing HRIS systems for efficient operations and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate data management, generate insightful reports, and improve system functionality to enhance organizational processes.
  • Collaborate with HR personnel to address system needs and provide user support for HRIS tools and applications.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives related to HR policies, compliance, and data privacy.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of dashboards and visualizations for HR data analysis.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on HRIS advancements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Perform data entry, staffing transaction processing, and onboarding support to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures for data integrity.
  • Provide user support, documentation, and training for HRIS systems and data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to optimize system functionality and address operational needs.
  • Participate in initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Support data-driven projects by leveraging statistical knowledge and data visualization tools.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combined education and experience totaling 6+ years.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or data analytics, with a preference for 3+ years.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, or BambooHR.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and basic statistics for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with HR teams and stakeholders.
