Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Analyze infrastructure investment opportunities with a focus on control equity and structured capital investments.
• Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative due diligence on prospective investments.
• Prepare and present detailed investment committee presentations for strategic decision-making.
• Manage post-closing investment activities, including financing and disposition strategies.
• Collaborate with investment bankers, company management teams, and advisors to achieve investment goals.
• Lead deal teams and contribute to the development of innovative investment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in investment management.
• Support organizational growth by identifying and capitalizing on emerging market opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a top-tier institution.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure investment, with 12 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, for effective collaboration.
