Senior Project Manager

Overview

• Lead the design and delivery of complex data center projects for diverse clients in a dynamic architectural firm.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop clear and concise construction documents that align with client objectives and project requirements.
• Oversee construction administration to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with consultants and regulatory authorities to address project challenges and ensure compliance.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams to enhance their performance and capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations from plans.
• Ensure adherence to high standards of design execution and quality throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and resource allocation to optimize project delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural project management; 20 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in data center design, including tenant improvements and ground-up construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions and team collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of construction documentation and administration processes.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
