Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and schedules.

• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project management, preferably 6 years.
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for team coordination.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Experience in affordable housing and community-oriented projects is a plus.
