Overview
- Support a credentialing data migration project, ensuring accurate data entry and validation within a hybrid work environment.
- Collaborate with HR, technology, and credentialing teams to streamline workflows and meet project deadlines.
- Engage in structured, repeatable data tasks across defined provider rosters and multiple data sources.
- Contribute to the transition to OCHIN-supported credentialing workflows by loading provider data into MD-Staff.
- Ensure quality checks and final validation of migrated data for accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in onboarding and alignment activities to familiarize with project requirements and tools.
- Work in a hybrid capacity, with occasional onsite presence as needed for collaboration.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, transferring credentialing information into MD-Staff from various sources.
- Collaborate with HR Manager and credentialing teams to ensure data migration aligns with project goals.
- Conduct quality checks and validation processes to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Organize and manage provider data from CAQH, internal files, and verification repositories.
- Assist in onboarding activities to understand project scope and tools effectively.
- Collaborate with technology teams to address any technical challenges during data migration.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive provider credentialing information.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent educational background required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or credentialing-related tasks; 2 years preferred.
- Proficiency in using MD-Staff and familiarity with CAQH and credentialing workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data validation and quality checks.
- Effective collaboration skills to work with HR, technology, and credentialing teams.
- Ability to manage structured and repeatable data tasks efficiently within project timelines.
- Hybrid work capability with occasional onsite presence as required.
