Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed valuation models and business cases for M&A activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute transactions successfully.
  • Prepare and present reports to board members and private equity investors.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and economic principles.
