Overview

  • Lead interior project execution and management for a contracting firm, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure new projects and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage interior construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in interior project management; 20 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as required for project needs.
